 Are you mobile?
     Yes! MiMi Auto Detailing is a fully mobile detailing service. We come directly to your home or office anywhere in Portland, Wilsonville, Tigard, Lake Oswego, and surrounding areas.

 

What do you need from me?
   We bring our own electricity.
We only require access to a water source (spigot) at your location.

 

How do I book an appointment?
   You can book directly through our website by filling out the contact form. Once submitted, we’ll confirm your service, pricing, and availability.


How long does a detail take?
   It depends on the condition of the vehicle:
   •    Essential Detail: 2–4 hours
   •    Premium Detail: 4–6+ hours
   •    Heavy stain / deep clean vehicles: 6–10 hours

We never rush — quality is our priority.


What’s the difference between Essential and Premium?

Essential Detail
Perfect for maintenance vehicles. Includes interior & exterior cleaning with wax protection.

Premium Detail
Best for vehicles that haven’t been detailed in a while. Includes deep interior cleaning, shampoo extraction, iron removal, clay bar treatment, and paint protection.

If your vehicle has heavy buildup, stains, dog hair, or paint contamination, Premium is recommended.

Do you offer shampoo extraction?
   Yes. We offer carpet and seat shampoo extraction to remove stains, spills, and odors.

Heavy stain or mildew removal may require an additional charge depending on severity.


Do you remove pet hair?
   Yes. Excessive pet hair may require additional time and pricing depending on condition.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept:
   •    Zelle
   •    Cash App
   •    Apple Pay
   •    Venmo
   •    Credit/Debit via online invoice

Payment is due upon completion of service.


Do you offer discounts?
   We often run a $15 off promotion for first-time customers.

What if it rains?
   Light rain is not an issue — we can work with coverage when needed. Severe weather may require rescheduling for quality and safety.

Do you require a deposit?
   For larger services or new customers, a deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

How often should I get my car detailed?

For best results:
   •    Maintenance vehicles: every 2–3 months
   •    Families / daily drivers: every 1–2 months
   •    Vehicles with kids or pets: monthly is ideal

 

How do I dry my car interior after an extraction?

  To ensure a perfect, moisture-free finish, please follow these steps immediately after your service:

  • Heat & Airflow: Run your vehicle's heater for at least one hour to evaporate deep-seated moisture.

  • Ventilation: Leave your windows cracked 1-2 inches to allow humidity to escape the cabin.

PLEASE NOTE: These steps are essential in cold or damp weather to prevent odors and ensure the upholstry dries thoroughly.
